Devendra Kashinath Talekar

Managing Director

He is an Engineering graduate in Mechanical from Mumbai University and an MBA in Finance from the Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai University. A senior Management Professional with an expertise in Manufacturing & Design technology of Packaging Machines.

Under his leadership, the Company has built an extra-ordinary product portfolio. His vision led to early adoption of advanced engineering setups, use of design software & well ordered system. He has effectively implemented innovative technologies and internationally accredited management systems and processes for successfully anchoring the roots of our organization.

Poonam Devendra Talekar

Marketing & Technical Director

She is a Gold Medalist Civil Engineer from Goa Engineering College and a Master of Technology in Structural Engineering from Vishveshwaraiya Technological University, Hubli-Karnataka. She has spent over a decade at multinational Engineering Companies in various roles.

She has led many international projects while handling crucial technical structural designs for Petrochemical facilities, within India and abroad. She joined our business with a primary goal to expand our business horizons.

Sudhir Ratnaji Kadam

Chief Operating Officer

He has a Bachelors' Degree in Commerce and Business Management from Mumbai University and Post-Graduation Diploma in Personnel & IR Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai. He holds Diploma in Labour Laws and Training & Developments from Delhi University.

In his initial years, he led Corporate Industrial Relations along with full oversight on all Support Service functions as an HR Leader. He has held various HR leadership positions in Manufacturing, Retail & Education Industry and has played a key role in Organisation wide interventions.

In the last two decades, he has moved across Businesses and has varied experience in different functions such as Financial Planning, Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain & Legal Compliances.
